Vacant Canteen Stall

Ngee Ann Secondary School is a government-aided school with more than 1,000 pupils.
We have a vacant stall in the canteen to sell Muslim Asian Food (Korean / Thai / Vietnamese) from 24 March 2025.

The criteria for application are as follow:

The applicant

  • must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

  • must have the Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

  • is to provide food that meet the health / nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) and comply to the Healthy Meals in School Programme.

  • is to provide good service and a wide variety of quality food at reasonable prices.

  • is to observe a high standard of food and personal hygiene that meet Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements.

  • should be responsible, positive, highly committed and be in person at the stall during operating hours.

  • is to be physically fit with reasonable health status.  

  • is preferably with experience in food catering / operating a canteen stall in school.

Interested applicants may collect the Application Form from the school’s General Office on Mondays to Fridays, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Please submit the following with the Application Form:

  • List of proposed food items and their prices.

  • Photocopy of applicant’s NRIC (front and back)

  • One recent passport-sized photograph of applicant

  • Photocopy of certificates of relevant courses attended, such as Basic Food Hygiene Course and previous SFA licenses, etc.

Closing date for submission of the application form and all the supporting documents is 17 February 2025 (Monday).

Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be invited for an interview and food tasting test conducted by the School Canteen Committee.

The successful applicant should preferably commence operation of the stall from 24 March  2025.
